Please note that these requirements form an integral part of the contract. The artist reserves the right to delay or cancel the performance if the purchaser breaches their contractual obligations by failing to fulfill the requirements detailed below.
DANCE FLOOR AREA
The dance floor area should be large enough to accommodate the expected number of guests. Floor should consist of a smooth, even surface such as wood or tile. Grass, concrete, carpet, or rubberized flooring are not suitable for this event. Room/venue should meet expected occupancy capacity.
Dance floor and performance arena must be undercover, unless previously agreed upon. This undercover area is to protect our crew, equipment and guests from both rain and heat, so please have this in place to allow for all elements.
Minimum suggested dance floor area size: 30ft x 50ft
PROFESSIONAL SOUND SYSTEM
This system should be capable of providing consistent, clean sound throughout the venue. The sound system will ideally comprise of separate 'bass' speakers and separate top speakers for the 'mid-range and top end'. Please note that ceiling mounted 'public address' speakers are not suitable for this event. If you need any clarification on the type of system required then please do not hesitate to contact your show representative.
The Crew will require the option of both RCA and XLR connections into the sound system.

POWER
4 x power strips and 4 x extender cords to be provided on stage for the artists equipment.
Suggested minimum power requirements for the sound system are as follows:
0-300 capacity room: 1600w (2-4 top speakers with 2 subwoofers)
300-600 capacity room: 3200w (4 top speakers with 2-4 subwoofers)
600+ capacity room: please call to discuss
HELPERS
Two sober and willing crew to assist with load in and load out of the event. Available from 90 minutes before the start of the show until up to one hour after the show.
PROFESSIONAL DJ STYLE LIGHTING
Lighting should be appropriate to the room size and should be controlled by the venue light operative. Lighting should be able to be moved to accommodate the positioning of the dance floor and/or during lessons.

SMALL: $375.00 (4 LED Pars, 2 LED moving Head fixtures)
LARGE: $595.00 (8 LED pars, 2 LED moving Head Fixtures
Hospitality Requirements, to be provided by the purchaser
HOTEL/LODGING
One double hotel room (2 x kings/queens) for either 1 or 2 nights (to be advised during the advance process) in a hotel of minimum 3 stars close to venue. Hotel Buyout Rate: $150 per room, per night, buyout is preferred.
DRESSING ROOM
A secure, private and lockable dressing room to be provided at venue.
MEALS
Evening meal and breakfast for each member of the crew. Meal Buyout Available: $50.00 per head buy-out.
* Mineral waters, and any variety of healthy snacks such as: fruit, vegetable and cheese trays, salsa and chips, hummus, snacking nuts, Larabar or Kind bars, to be provided in the dressing room.
